How can healthcare professionals pay for their higher education and continue to work at their job?

Now these dedicated employees can get extra help to cover costs thanks to St. Vincent’s new Educational Alliance with hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Hospitals and other organizations that join the Educational Alliance provide their employees with a 10% Tuition Reduction for all of our online and on-site degree or certificate program offered by St. Vincent's College.

Benefits for healthcare professionals

By adding a college degree or certificate to their academic credentials, professionals can enhance their job performance and satisfaction while also improving their opportunities for career advancement. St. Vincent’s College programs are designed for working professionals and are flexible and convenient. For example, registered nurses and licensed radiographers might be interested in these bachelor degree completion programs: RN to BSN; and BS in Radiologic Sciences.

Other healthcare professionals who might have been considering an associate degree in nursing, radiography or medical assisting will now be in a better position to take the next step. Many choices are also available for professionals who want to add a certificate to their qualifications.

Benefits for healthcare organizations

Employers welcome the Educational Alliance because it helps them recruit and retain the best employees. It encourages their employees to pursue further training. The Alliance becomes an additional resource for helping hospitals and other healthcare organizations maintain high standards of healthcare. Studies show that there are many other benefits to organizations that support their employees’ higher education.
